Tiger jill provides Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Federal, State and County Government Reporting, Employee Exposure, Commissions, Cost Accounting, Equipment Usage and Budgeting. Tiger Jill working along with QuickBooks provides you with everything you need to handle your operation’s entire chemical use reporting, billing, inventory, accounting and cost accounting needs. The Tiger Jill QuickBooks Interface module is a tool for transferring accounting information from Tiger Jill to QuickBooks. With the module, common information is keyed in only once into Tiger Jill and then imported electronically to QuickBooks. Thus saving entry time, errors and headaches associated with discrepancies between the two programs. It also makes it easier to have more detailed information in QuickBooks as well, as use of their more powerful reports. The module handles purchases, invoices and payments. Users of the inventory module can export the material purchases and create the corresponding journal entries for Accounts Payable, Inventory, Material Expense or Cost of Goods Sold. Users of the Billing module can export both the Invoices and Payments creating the corresponding Journal Entries for Accounts Receivable, Sales and Deposited Funds entries. An option is also available to export only Payments creating the corresponding Journal Entries to Sales and Deposited funds for cash basis accounting systems. What information is exported?
What kind of income and expense accounts are created in QuickBooks. You have a choice as to the amount of Invoice details that you want to maintain in QuickBooks. If you are not interested in charge details, the import file will create an Income Account of Charges and a corresponding Item. If you are interested in details the import file will create an individual account and item for each charge. This is being set in Detailed Charges item of the Wizard or the Preference Screen. If you are not interested in Material details, the import file will create an Income Account of Material and sub accounts of taxed materials and exempt materials with the corresponding Items. If you are interested in details the import file will create an individual account and item for each material. This is being set in Detailed Material item of the Wizard or the Preference Screen.
