If it set to N the program will always check and any application after the harvest date of the season will trigger the error message.

The change adds first date and last date next the material ID in the permit grid.. If the Material ID has no dates it is a restricted material and requires NOI all year round. If the line includes the first date and the last date it is one that requires notice of intent during that period of time. When the proposed date is in the date range the message "CA NOI Required" appears on the Application Record.
