When the data base includes only one owner when adding an application, a block, a site and inventory center the program uses the one owner as the default. 4. Adding a trial version of the program. 5. When exporting with lookup exporting only lookup items whose line is exported only. Correction of the way the program handles changes in the proposed start date that affect the application crop. 3. Adding Vertical scroll bars to all Memo fields. 4. Adding in the Preference|Default Tab an option to select the default for the receiving station in the Harvest Screen. 6. With the spray history when the addition of a new season results in moving an application from one season record to another season record the program reevaluates the validity of the Application Records and the Harvest Records of the two seasons affected. 7. With the Spray History module adding a validity check that verifies that all the blocks in one application grow the same crop. Version 3.39 1/6/2000 1. Adding the Permit by crop option. It allows entering a single Permit Record for all the sites of an owner that grow the same crop. An option in the Preference|Verification Tab determines which option is selected.(We strongly recommend that you change the way of entering permits to this method at the beginning of the next permit year. This new method of maintaining permits gives a stronger control over the verification process since it checks that the application is valid for both the Site and the Crop it is being applied to. The program does not perform an automatic conversion for many reasons, the most important being that in the current method with the permit in the Site Record it does not maintain the permits by year or by crop. An automatic conversion would leave room for too many errors in the new records. ) 2. Adding the Data Year Closing Procedure 3. Correction of the way the program interprets the billing date of an Invoice Record. 4. Allowing negative amounts in Invoice Records to record return of items or credits. 5. Allowing the Payment Record to apply credits or returns to other invoices. The payment record no longer requires an amount greater than -0- for the check amount. 6.
