 Multi User Module: It is used to distinguish between the users of the program and allow only those that received a password from the supervisor to access it.
Using the many preferences available in the program you can set defaults, define aliases, and turn on/off various input fields adapting the record to your specific needs. Preferences determine how and what to print on reports, what format reference numbers to use, how to handle input of time fields, when to use banding information and how to update material costs. Verification of crew training, crop registration of materials, permit information, and label limits are also controlled by preferences.
