TJ filterUse the filter to designate specific records to view. This function is very similar to the Report Functions in how you choose the records to be included. After you have selected the records you want included in the filtered database, click on the Apply Filter button. The program will then display only the records you have selected in the filter specifications. These records will appear in a different color than the original records. You specifiy this color in the Preference Colors Tab. When you are finished with using the Filtered Records click on the Cancel Filter Button.
