WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TIGER JILL DATA BASE - 05-01-2005
The Tiger Jill program comes with a database containing hundreds of tables.
Some of the tables are loaded with the data needed to run the program:
- A material and chemical listing of over 1100 products, each including the following information:
EPA number, Material Form, Manufacturer, Material Type, Material Family, Toxicity, Material ID number, Active Ingredient(s).
- With the internet link module you can access the material manufacturer’s MSDS and Label information with a click of the mouse.
This gives quick access to necessary label information when preparing Work Orders, Recommendations or Use Reports.
You also have access to the CA DPR server for material information. You can dounload and save the label for future use as well.
- A listing of over 900 pests including full name and type of pest.
- A listing of over 500 active ingredients complete with chemical codes, CAS number, toxicity levels restricted reentry levels and more.
- A listing of over 250 crops including crop id numbers.
- A listing of over 150 manufacturers with company name and addresses.
- A listing of over 100 units setup with multipliers, dividers and addition factors providing you with the best unit conversion tables available in today’s software industry.
- A complete list of states and counties.
- No limits on Number of records in all tabels.
- Check your Tiger Jill Data version and make sure you have the latest.
- Just point and click to Create an application record or a Recommendation or a work order or an invoice.
Use "site group" and "material group" to list multiple sites and materails receiving same application.
You will have lookup lists on all data tables and common precautions and additional remarks & help.
For applicators or manegement needs you will have Invoicing for application or materials sold.
Creation of the Invoice directly from application entry screen fast and easy with many management Summary Billing Reports.
All data can be posted to any accounting program that can import data with Tiger Jill Connectivity option.
Enter products purchased into Inventory with multiple storage sites that associated with enterprise locations.
Applications check available inventory for associated enterprise locations the inventory is automatically reduced as products are applied with many Inventory Reports.

The process of connectivity is straightforward and easy to understand. It can save you considerable time... and allow you to better service your customers.
Connectivity is an alternative way of getting data into or out of TIGER JILL with the speed of electronic transfer. The connectivity is on the cutting edge technology for speed, portability and industry standards. TIGER JILL can facilitate the exchange of data between users, and allow the import or export of data from one Tiger Jill user to another or to a Tiger Jill Server.
The Tiger Jill Connectivity module allows data entry and reporting specifically designed for out-of-office activities. The Connectivity is an interface between the office and the field.
Data is entered at any time, off-line, then transmitted to the office when the Tiger Jill user establishes an Internet connection. All data associated with an application, material, site, block, recommendation or billing information can be transmitted to the office computer or to any other Tiger Jill user at any time & location.
Users have the option of downloading the master data at any time, keeping them updated on new materials, customers, sites, recommendations and more.
Tiger Jill data is stored in individual folders or on a server that is pre-defined by the administrative staff. When a Tiger Jill user is finished entering data he then can transmit to the office via a single mouse click.
