ANY IRRIGATION SYSTEM ROY: Works with any irrigation system you have including flood, furrow, sprinkler, drip, linear moves or center pivots.

ANY SCHEDULING APPROACH: You can choose any of nine scheduling methods including management depletion, irrigation depth, crop indicator, specified date, interval duration or volume.

ANY LOCATION: You can modify all the items that are specific to your location including the soil types, crops and yearly average water use.

ANY SOIL MOISTURE MEASUREMENT METHOD ROY: can be calibrated to handle measurements by any device including neutron probes, tensiometers, gypsum blocks, or the "feel" method.

ANY CROP INDICATOR MEASUREMENT METHOD ROY: can be calibrated to handle crop stress measurements by any device including infrared thermometers or pressure plates.

MOST WEATHER MEASUREMENT METHODS ROY: can compute the reference crop water use (Reference ET) from evaporation pan data, the Hargreaves, Jensen-Haise or the Modified Penman Equations. It can also use values computed by the CIMIS network.

PROGRAM CONFIGURATION...

Two configurations of ROY are available:
ROY FARMER: The lowest priced commercial program available for small farms with up to 10 fields in one weather region.

ROY PROFESSIONAL: A program for large farms or irrigation consultants with an unlimited number of weather regions with up to 150 fields in each region. It is also equipped with an input and output interface modules.

AVAILABLE REPORTS AND GRAPHS ROY: Provides several valuable reports for each field including: IRRIGATION RECOMMENDATION: It includes the irrigation dates and amounts in terms of depth and set duration, volume and flow rates, sorted by irrigation date or crops. STATUS REPORT: It includes the current root zone, moisture levels, water use rate, crop cover and crop stress.

MOISTURE LEVEL PROJECTION: It includes the expected soil moisture level in the near future. IRRIGATION PROJECTION: It includes all the expected irrigation until the end of the season and the moisture level at harvest time. This report is also available graphically. IRRIGATION HISTORY: It includes actual irrigation data and crop status during the season. This report is also available graphically. SOIL MEASUREMENTS: It included actual soil moisture measurement data. CROP MEASUREMENTS: It includes actual crop moisture measurement data.
