Modules:
Basic Module: Supports one operation with 30 sites and produces the Cal/EPA monthly pesticide use report and the FEDERAL mandated RUP Recordkeeping report. The data base holds information for only one season.
NOI and Day Use Reports: Produces Cal/EPA certified Notice of Intent and Seven Day Use Report. Including site maps and label warnings.
Multi-Season: Allows storage of multiple seasons of records in the same data base.
Multi Operation and Expansion: Increases the data base capacity to handle operations and more sites.
Multi Block: For tracking detailed activities in up to 20 blocks within one reporting site.
PCA Recommendation and Label Information: Produces a certified Pest Control Advisor recommendation with associated work order.
Label Verification Module: It is used to verify that a pesticide application meets the label requirements. The module checks the maximum application rate in a single application and over the entire season, the minimum dilution rate in air or ground application and the total number of applications over the entire season.
Billing: Used by commercial applicators to bill their customers (invoices and statements) and track their payments. Invoices are produced directly from the input screen.
Split Billing Module: With this module you can split the billing of any site among up to 10 different operations.
D.O.T. Manifest Module: It is used to prepare the Hazardous Material Manifest required by the Department of Transportation to transport pesticides. A manifest can be prepared for the materials of a single application or for those of several applications transported in one vehicle.
Training Module: It is used to record training of employees in the use of materials. It produces a certificate to be signed by the trainer and the trainees and documents the training. If the program includes the employee exposure module, the module can verify that each new crew member was trained to use the materials applied.
Employee Exposure: Used to prepare reports about the employee exposure to pesticides as required by the Cal/EPA.
Shipper/Packer: Produces optional portion of monthly use report with detailed information on varieties and harvest dates.
Mapping: Produces maps of the different operations.
Non Crop: Utilized by agricultural users to produce the monthly non crop use report.
Inventory: Used to record purchase of chemicals and keep track of inventories on hand.
Work Order: Used to prepare application work orders including tank mixes and required protective clothing.
Dairy: Used to record dairy noted about events in the sites that are not recorded in any other part of the program.
Pilot Commission: Used to calculate pilot commissions and record the actualpayments to pilots.
Computer Network: Used to facilitate the uses of the program on a computer network.
Modem Transfer Module: It produces an ASCII file according to the standards of the California Electric Data Transfer System (CEDTSS). The file can be used to transfer Notices of Intent (NOI) and Pesticide Use Reports (PUR) from Pest Control Operators (PCO) and Growers to the California Agricultural Commissioners (CAC).
Fuel Tax Credit Module: It calculates the fuel tax credit fir each customer.
Permit Module: It is used to ensure that only restricted materials included in a site's permit are allowed.
Material Data Base Module: This module includes basic material information for close to 700 chemicals; including EPA number, Type Unit, Chemical Number, Family, Category and Active Ingredient.
Banding Module: This module facilitates the entry of banded applications.
WPS Module: It produces a report that satisfies federal regulations of Worker Protection Standards that require a display in a central location of all pesticide applications, active ingredients and their reentry intervals.
